Alexandria “Alex” Anthony, was born in Miami. She began dancing at the age of 11 and immediately began competing. At the age of 16 Alex represented the USA in the World Championship in Germany. She was a featured dancer in music videos and backup dancer for various artist. Her dream of opening her own studio became reality in 2012 when ADC opened. Alex choreographs throughout the country. Her award-winning choreography has been recognized by Industry Dance Awards and other competitions.

She attended programs at Boston Ballet, American Ballet Theater and Kirova Ballet Academy. She has a bachelors in dance education. She's taught for over 15 years & owns a studio in LA. She has won various choreography award

Mayrel was born in Havana, Cuba. She began her studies at National Ballet School of Cuba. She graduated from the school with honors and joined the Cuban National Ballet Company under direction of Alicia Alonso, where she danced for 10 years. She also graduated with honors in the Art Superior Institute (ISA) achieving a Bachelors in Fine

Mayrel has been part of the Cuban Classical Ballet of Miami and Dimensions Dance Theater of Miami where she currently works. Mayrel has taught in differents dance studios like Miami International Dance Academy.

Angie Perez has been a Hip-Hop dance choreographer and instructor for more than a decade. She danced with the Lovedolls group. She is a seasoned member of the Adrenaline team, her liveliness and charisma go a long way in reaching the young minds under her supervision. It has helped solidify her reputation among her students. She loves what she does and enjoys watching her students grow.
