Alexandria “Alex” Anthony, was born in Miami.  She began dancing at the age of 11 and immediately began competing.  At the age of 16 Alex represented the USA in the World Championship in Germany.  She was a featured dancer in  music videos and backup dancer for various artist.  Her dream of opening her own studio became reality in 2012 when ADC opened.  Alex choreographs throughout the country.  Her award-winning choreography has been recognized by Industry Dance Awards and other competitions .

Alexa is our Asst. Director, she was born in Miami and has been dancing since she was 8.  She competed in jazz and contemporary genres and had top finishes in her category.  She began teaching and choreography at the age of 18.  She has won several choreography awards both regionally and nationally. In addition to ADC, she is the dance teacher at Sunset Senior High and leads the Synergy dance team.

Odett was born in Havana where she studied under the founders of the National Ballet of Cuba. She graduated from Escuela Nacional de Ballet. She received a BFA in Dance with honors, in Ballet and Character Dances and an MFA in Dance in 2008 at ISA Art University in Cuba. She became faculty at the University of Arts of Cuba for 9 years. She has taught classical ballet, repertoire, character dance, historical dance, and methodology. She has been with us since day  and we are fortunate to have her.

Joanna was born in Miami where she studied ballet & contemporary under Liana Navaro, Vivan Tobio & Elizabeth Nuevo. She attended programs at Boston Ballet, American Ballet Theater and Kirova Ballet Academy. She has a bachelors in dance education.  She's taught for over 15 years & owns a studio in LA. She has won various choreography awards and has dancers working professionally at PACE, Cornish University and Cal Arts. She's been on tv shows, music videos and is a judge for Star Dance Alliance.

Denia was born in Havana Cuba where she began her studies at the age of 4 at the National Gymnastics School. Graduated as Dancer-Professor of Modern Contemporary and Folk Dance in 1998 (ENA) Subsequently Graduated with Honors in Dance Arts in Ballet Methodology at the Faculty of Arts (ISA) in 2012. Her time as prima ballerina in various dance companies and television bring together 25 years of artistic career including master classes at Millikin University in Decatur Illinois and international dance festivals.

Mayrel was born in La Havana, Cuba. She began her studies at National Ballet School of Cuba where she won special mention in the 9th Internatinal Ballet school Contest in Havana in 2006. She graduated from the school with honors and joined the Cuban National Ballet Company under direction of Alicia Alonso, where she danced for 10 years and reached the soloist category. She also  graduated with honors in the Art Superior Institute (ISA) achieving a Bachelors in Fine Arts with a Major in Dance. Since she moved to United States Mayrel has been part of the Cuban Classical Ballet of Miami and Dimensions Dance Theater of Miami where she currently works. Mayrel has taught in diferents dance studios like Miami International Dance Academy where she won two awards at I Love Dance competition in Orlando. She also taught at Regal Ballet of Miami, Paramount Dance Studios, Ballet and Beyond, Mandelstam Dance School and Ayala Royal Ballet.

Stephanie Hernandez, was born and raised in Miami, FL. She began her dance journey at the age of 11. She graduated from John A. Ferguson High School as a dual major, in photography and dance. She joined Adrenaline Dance Company during its 6th season and completed her competitive dance career in 2020. Currently Stephanie is in school working on achieving her BFA in dance from New World School of the Arts. She has also been certified to teach PCT, Progressive Contemporary Technique. Teaching is her passion.  Passing on her knowledge and seeing her students flourish, brings her so much joy.
