Team Pulse is Adrenaline Dance Company's elite competition team — a powerhouse of dedicated dancers who train with intensity, perform with purpose, and compete against the best in the nation. Built on a legacy of national wins, our program delivers unparalleled training across ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, lyrical, and more.

Our nationally recognized, award-winning choreography has earned top honors on some of the country's biggest stages — from Hall of Fame Nationals to Star Power and beyond. Team Pulse is more than a team; it's a commitment to excellence, discipline, and the kind of performance that leaves a lasting impression.

Auditions are held by appointment, and private auditions can be scheduled anytime. Attending ADC Summer Camp is strongly encouraged for anyone auditioning for the team.
