Our Instructors

Alex Anthony

Alex Anthony

Studio Director

Alexandria "Alex" Anthony was born in Miami. She began dancing at the age of 11 and immediately began competing. At 16, Alex represented the USA in the World Championship in Germany. She was a featured dancer in music videos and a backup dancer for various artists. Her dream of opening her own studio became reality in 2012 when ADC opened. Alex choreographs throughout the country, and her award-winning choreography has been recognized by Industry Dance Awards and other competitions.

Joanna

Joanna

Instructor

Joanna was born in Miami where she studied ballet & contemporary under Liana Navaro, Vivan Tobio & Elizabeth Nuevo. She attended programs at Boston Ballet, American Ballet Theater and Kirova Ballet Academy. She has a bachelor's in dance education, has taught for over 15 years, and owns a studio in LA. She has won various choreography awards, has dancers working professionally at PACE, Cornish University and CalArts, and is a judge for Star Dance Alliance.

Mayrel

Mayrel

Instructor

Mayrel was born in Havana, Cuba. She began her studies at the National Ballet School of Cuba, graduating with honors and joining the Cuban National Ballet Company under Alicia Alonso, where she danced for 10 years. She holds a Bachelor's in Fine Arts with a major in Dance from the Art Superior Institute (ISA). Mayrel has performed with the Cuban Classical Ballet of Miami and Dimensions Dance Theater of Miami, where she currently works.

A cherished member of the Adrenaline teaching team, Annette brings warmth and precision to every class she leads.

Abud

Abud

Instructor

Born and raised in Miami, Abud began dancing at the age of 3. She trained under Juilliard & New World instructors throughout high school. Abud holds a Master's in Special Education with a certificate in Behavior Analysis.

Angie

Angie

Instructor

Angie has been a hip-hop choreographer and instructor for more than a decade. She danced with the Lovedolls group and is a seasoned member of the Adrenaline team. Her liveliness and charisma go a long way in reaching the young minds under her supervision. She loves what she does and enjoys watching her students grow.

Bella

Bella

Instructor

Born and raised in Miami, FL, Bella has been a part of the dance world for 15 years. A recent graduate of Saint Brendan High School, she was a proud member of the dance team and a dance company. During her senior year she discovered her passion for teaching and inspiring others. Bella is thrilled to begin her next chapter with Adrenaline Dance Co.

Camila

Camila

Instructor

Born and raised in Miami, Camila started dancing at 9 and spent nine amazing years training and competing with Adrenaline. She is now beginning a new chapter as a teacher, excited to share her love for dance and help inspire the next generation.

Sabi

Sabi

Instructor

Sabi trained at Adrenaline Dance Company for a decade and competed with Miami Arts Studio and the Coral Reef High School Cudettes, earning National Championship titles. She continued in Jubilation Dance Ensemble under Professor Michelle Grant-Murray and now teaches at ADC while pursuing her Bachelor's in Psychology. She specializes in acro, contemporary, jazz, and technique.

Kayla

Kayla has been dancing for as long as she can remember, training in a variety of styles and working in the dance industry while continuing to grow as both a performer and instructor. She is passionate about sharing her love for dance and creating a supportive environment where students build confidence, strengthen technique, and develop a lifelong love for movement.

Ava

Instructor

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Ava has been dancing for over 15 years with both a dance team and dance company. A graduate of Miami Palmetto Senior High School and former Co-Captain of the Variations Dance Team, she discovered her passion for teaching and inspiring young dancers. Ava is excited to continue sharing her love for dance as part of the Adrenaline family.
